What does the hiring process at Vigility look like?

Our process has four stages: application review, an initial screening call, a technical assessment or case study, and a final culture-fit interview with leadership. Most processes complete within two to three weeks and we give clear feedback at every stage.

Do you hire freshers or only experienced professionals?

We hire both. For freshers we look for strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to take ownership. For experienced hires we value depth over breadth — engineers who have built real systems and are comfortable with ambiguity. Where you went to school matters far less than what you can ship.

What kind of projects will I work on?

You will work on enterprise IT deployments for banks, government bodies, and large corporations — including infrastructure monitoring, ITSM implementations, cybersecurity rollouts, and our proprietary platforms viGOps™ and DIGIiCE™. These are live production systems with real stakes, not internal demos or prototypes.
